PROJECT OVERVIEW

Jobmojito is a versatile HR solution powered by AI, designed to streamline recruitment with AI-driven interviews, coaching, and job preparation tools. The platform offers real-time AI avatar interviews that provide unbiased scoring and immediate feedback. Candidates can monitor their interview status, eliminating the need for manual updates.


For businesses, it includes a customizable admin interface to create multilingual interviews with ease. The project aimed to enhance the existing AI recruiter platform and launch new websites for the Interview, Coaching, and Job Preparation verticals.

DESIGN SCOPE

The design scope focused on enhancing the overall user experience across dedicated platforms, with an emphasis on clear navigation and presenting information tailored to various client needs.


Key improvements included streamlining the process of setting up conversation preferences—such as language, accents, and audio or video access—to make interactions with the AI agent feel more natural and comfortable. This also involved designing dedicated websites for the Interview, Coaching, and Job Preparation platforms.


For the Business platform, the design enabled effortless customization to align with clients' branding, offering options for AI avatar personalities with region-specific accents. It also supported customized company presentations and HR requirements, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for businesses.

DESIGN STRATEGY AND COMMON APPROACH
The design strategy centered on a user-centric approach, prioritizing intuitive navigation and a seamless user experience across all platforms. Key goals included making AI-driven interactions feel natural and reducing friction in setting up conversation preferences such as language, accents, and media access.

A consistent design approach
A modular and consistent design approach was adopted to ensure a cohesive experience between the Interview, Coaching, and Job Preparation websites. For the Business platform, the focus was on enabling effortless customization of branding, AI avatar settings, and company-specific requirements. Visual elements were chosen to convey professionalism and trustworthiness, with clear call-to-action prompts guiding users through each platform effectively.
RESULTS AND DESIGN IMPACT
The design improvements led to better navigation and a more straightforward interaction process with the AI agent, enhancing user-friendliness.

A key challenge was building trust in the AI interview process and making users feel comfortable during AI-led conversations. From a business perspective, the platform simplified recruitment by efficiently gathering candidate data and providing objective assessments.

The Coaching platform enabled seamless management of sessions and assessments, while the Job Preparation platform offered branded portals for job seekers to practice interviews and refine their resumes.

Future plans
Looking ahead, further enhancements will focus on adapting to diverse user needs globally, with continuous testing and iterative improvements to refine interactions and introduce new features gradually.
