For the last couple of months I have been collaborating as an independent design consultant with Orange and have helped the company with several projects.
All of these projects were focused on creating solutions for the b2b market to increase sales and maintain customer retention at a high level for these projects.
Together with the business team we worked on developing a strategy and customer experience scenarios for new b2b products.
I was leading the process of analyzing existing client data, preparing competitive analyses, facilitating discovery workshops and designing a solution using low fi wireframes to test designs at earlier stages of development with potential customers and improve the solutions for subsequent stages.
I worked closely with the research, marketing and sales teams who had essential knowledge concerning their customers.
User deep interview, corridor tests, remotely moderated tests are methods which were used to better understand customer needs, their pain points, and develop an effective solution.
